Skinny Tip #8- Leave the cows alone, grill veggies

Forget about the baby back ribs and substitute them for  vegetables.  Lower your chances of developing heart disease, diabetes, arthritis, osteoporosis and impotence.

Grill veggies: portobello mushrooms, red onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, tofu, etc. which are low in fat and high in fiber, and also contain many cancer-fighting substances.
