Skinny Tip #4

Replace Cream Cheese with Hummus, unless you are making cheesecake, in which case DON”T.

Bonus Tip:  Don’t eat cream cheese

Hummus

2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 teaspoons ground cumin
½  teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon crushed pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions
In a blender or food processor all ingredients. Blend on low speed, until desired consistency is achieved.
You can add your personal taste: sun dried tomatoes, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, red pepper, etc.
